The Actors Ensemble
was founded in 1985 by a group of professional actors inspired by the acting
techniques taught by the late actor Michael Chekhov. The technique emphasizes
developing the art of the actor, researching the theater event, and creating
theater ensemble. Now resident at the Spencertown Academy, the ensemble produces
plays and offers acting workshops.

The Fields Sculpture
Park at the Art Omi International Arts Center is set on nearly 100 acres
of land dedicated to the display of contemporary outdoor artwork. Art is installed
in open fields, wooded paths and around a lovely pond. There is a rotating
collection of large scale and intimate works as well as specially curated
shows. In the summer months there is an extensive education program with regular
tours and workshops.

Philmont Community Chorus

Martin Van Buren
National Historic Site (Lindenwald) was the home
(1839-1862) of the eighth president of the United States and one of the principal
